Description of equipment
This device measures the diode characteristics of the conditions specified by the control of the host device and returns the pass / fail judgment result to the host device.
Basic operation step of the device
- After turning on the power, self calibration (CAL) is carried out.
- If there is not abnormality in CAL, it becomes the lady state awaiting higher device control.
- It receives a start signal from the host device and outputs a busy signal.
- Executes the designated measurement sequence based on the product type signal.
- The GOOD or NG lamp lights according to the measurement result.
- It outputs the GOOD / NG signal to the host device along with the STOP signal.
- Stop outputting the busy signal.
- It becomes a ready state and waits for a start signal.
